Due to the Christchurch earthquakes The Sauce Kitchen espresso bar located in High Street was demolished in December - we are operating all our catering services from a new purpose built catering kitchen.

The Sauce Kitchen is a modern catering kitchen. Our catering is fresh and chic with many healthy options available for gluten free, vegetarian & vegan. We are a supplier of fair trade products & use fair trade in our espresso bar & in our cooking.
